Any bottle of pumpkin spice liqueur you'll find will have a martini recipe on it, but I created this one from scratch after finding the liqueur I found to be a bit heavy in pumpkin flavor. The following ingredients come together to create a spiced pie flavor that matches the pumpkin liqueur nicely.
Chill an up glass with crushed ice and water. Shake the ingredients with ice in a shaker until it sweats. Strain into the glass and garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Fulton's Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Spiced Rum (I used Kracken for it's heavier spice flavor)
- 1/2 oz Licor 43
- Splash of Butterscotch Schnapps
