Using vanilla vodka and Frangelico together will always result in a cookie or pie crust flavor. But in this cocktail I wanted to bring out the spice more and make a drink that wasn't too super sweet. Cutting the vodka in half with the vanilla cognac helps and the spiced rum brings just enough complexity to make this cookie cocktail stand out.
- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Meukow VS Vanilla Cognac Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
- 1/2 oz Frangelico
- 1/2 oz Sobieski Karamel Vodka
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- Cinnamon
- Powered Sugar
Chill an up glass with crushed ice and water. Wet the glass edge and rim
it with a mixture of cinnamon and powdered sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients along with a few
pinches of cinnamon and shake
with ice in a shaker until it sweats. Strain into the glass.
