The Lotus Martini is a pretty standard cocktail, but I've mixed mine up a bit by using
Square One's Botanical Vodka. I feel the flowery notes add a lot to this lychee flavored martini.
- 3 oz Square One Botanical Vodka
- 1 oz Soho Lychee Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- up to 1/2 oz Grenadine
- Edible Flower
Chill an up glass with crushed ice and water. Shake all liquid
ingredients with ice in a shaker until it sweats and strain into the
glass. Add a bit of grenadine and shake while watching the color. Add just enough to make the cocktail a nice lavender hue. Garnish with an edible flower.
