Fluffernutter Martini

Molly's coworkers recently suggested a peanut butter/marshmallow martini. If you've never had a Flufflernutter sandwich, go make one now. It's magic between two slices of bread!

The ingredients are pretty obvious given the existence of both peanut butter vodka and marshmallow vodka. It only needs the vodka burn tuned down a bit.

How's this for turn around? ;)
  • 2 oz Nutliqour Peanut Butter Liqueur
  • 2 oz Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka
  • 2 oz Half & Half
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salted Shelled Peanut
Chill an up glass with crushed ice and water. Wet the glass edge and rim it with the brown sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice in a shaker until it sweats. Strain into the glass. With a serrated knife, saw a slot into the shelled peanut. Garnish by hanging the peanut on the glass edge.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Martini

I've had all the standard Absolut bottles in my collection for awhile, but really haven't played around with the Absolut Kurant much yet. It has a very unique flavor and I wanted to find a combination that showcases that. After sniffing the bottles and tasting it again, I decided that a nut flavor would be a nice compliment.

After some trial and error with amaretto, Frangelico, and Nocello, I was soon drawn back to my bottle of Nutliquor used in the Elvis Martini. The peanut butter and currant flavors mixed 50/50 tasted exactly like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. So here you go...
  • 3 oz NutLiquor Peanut Butter Liqueur
  • 3 oz Absolut Kurant
  • 1 Tsp Blueberry Preserves
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
Chill an up glass with crushed ice and water. Rim the glass with peanut butter. Shake the other ingredients with ice in a shaker until it sweats. Strain into the glass.

Elvis Martini

A week after I concocted my rendition of the Bacon Martini, I picked up a bottle of Bakon Vodka. And now, a friend alerted me to the new NutLiquor peanut butter booze. Clearly there's an Elvis sandwich in there somewhere. ;)

Since the three bottles of flavored booze in this concoction are pretty clear, the focus here is in the fancy garnish. Little 1 inch Elvis sandwiches skewered on a stir stick complete this sweet drink. The King would be proud!
  • 1 1/2 oz Bakon Vodka
  • 2 oz NutLiquor Peanut Butter Liqueur
  • 2 oz Banana Schnapps
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Peanut Butter
  • Bacon
  • Toast
  • Banana
Chill an up glass with crushed ice and water. Shake the ingredients with ice in a shaker until it sweats. Strain into the glass and garnish with miniature Elvis sandwiches* skewered on a stir stick.
*Create mini-Elvis sandwiches by slicing the toast and the bacon into one inch squares. The make a double-decker sandwich by layering the toast, peanut butter, bacon, and a slice of banana.
